I was wondering if NGC ANACS and ICG would fit in a PCGS 20 coin case or are the different sizes?

I think so. NGC and PCGS are the same outside of oversized holders.

Not sure of all of them but I've noticed NGC is thicker than PCGS. Many of the others are a bit longer and/or shorter. Some thicker than others also. Usually most appear to use the same manufacturer of the plastic holders though. Not sure where the many off brand, basement slabbers get theirs from so might be completely different.

They might be. I know that ICG has the curved in edges.

They're not the same size, even from the same TPG. I have new style and old style NGC slabs, and there appears to be at least two slightly different sizes of the old style slabs (one of which matches the newer edge-view holders). ANACS slabs are not the same sizes as PCGS and NGC slabs, and there are old-style ANACS slabs that are significantly smaller than new ones.

I have three different size ANACS, the PCGS is slightly wider, and shorter, then the NGC. All are roughly the same thickness however.

No, PCGS slabs will fit in NGC boxes, but NGC slabs will not fit in PCGS boxes. Small size ANACS slabs will not fit in either one. I think the large ANACS slabs will fit in NGC boxes, but I don't think they fit in PCGS.
