Is this : fantasy coin,medal or somthing else?

It would appear a fantasy piece as Mussolini did not appear on any coins.
You may have already looked up Krause and found this information.

The reverse is the same as the 1928 KM#70 20L. 20.0 g. 35mm,
but the obverse is simple a helmeted soldier, and that coin was struck to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the end of WWI.

Further, there is stated;
Note: Similar 20 and 100 Lire pieces were struck
in gold. Silver and silvered brass items are modern fantasies.


So possibly you have found another variation of the fantasy type.

I tried finding some resources about it, but seems that it's a commemorative maybe of Mousollini not for circling.

Hate to beat a dead horse but does anyone know the mintage quantity for this fantasy piece? I have one and it's the last bit of info that I miss on this item.
