Might have asked what is your oldest Album or Folder.
Oddly enough there are other brands out there although this could become the Dansco Forum someday.
Not even sure which company is the oldest in the making of Albums and Folders. Now that would be an interesting search.

I have a 1939 Dansco Lincoln Cent folder. I might have older ones, but they would be from other manufacturers.

Your probably correct. They have been around for a long, long time.

My oldest Dansco album was bought in 1984. My first Whitman folder was bought in 1980. No sure how long they sat on a shelf before I got them, but they are at least as old as that.

Library of Coins general album half dollar size coins vol. 22 copyright 1959. I do have a Dansco "Nickel from 1913" album copyright 1959. I have a Wayte Raymond Publications Buffalo nickel album, no copyright date, shown bellow. Last I have a very big US Type set album from Meghrig, no copyright date, also shown bellow. The newest coin in this album would be the Franklin half as it has a slot for 1948-.

Makes me wonder if this could start an entire new section of coin collecting. Old Folders and Albums. Sort of like the collections of the Red Book.

I have some Whitman's that my mom gave me that are from the 1960's. I still have the folders but took the coins out some time ago since Whitman's have been known to damage coins.
