Problems most likely occurred on the CCF server side of things. Could have been doing maintenance to the server ect.
Rest in Peace

I had the same problems. I was able to access parts of CCF, but not the forum. This is the second time this has happened.

Things are currently running real slowly for me, and I'm not sure why. With the cable, it shouldn't take a minute and a half to get on CCF.

Hope it all clears up soon.

I had the same problem yesterday, so I mailed Susan and this was the answer "The forum was down for a while yesterday but should be fine now.

Susan"

So I think the problem is fixed now.

Well, whatever it was, it's working now! I thought it was just my iffy internet service, glad to hear it wasn't on my end!

Yeah, sorry about the intermittent problems.

Rui is going to be doing some load balancing on the servers to get the issues fixed, he said we're growing too fast.

Everyone should have such problems.

scoutjim - I did the IE-7 thing some time back, and I haven't been experiencing any problems logging on, but, then, I've got the satellite thing from Hughesnet, and I'm always on - even when I'm not on. :)

You're going to need a dedicated server before long, especially after the implosion at CU.

Is it just me?

There's a thread about Explorer 7 problems. I don't know how to post a link, but I'm sure someone else will. It's in Forum Support & News.

I had probs logging on 28 Nov & 8 Dec as did others over here. All fixed now though. I use Firefox.
