Well, considering that the obverse holds a lot of the weight in grading, I'll go for MS-64 without even seeing the reverse. But keep in mind that it's essentially a en educated guess without seeing all sides of the coin.

the obverse carries the weight in grading for most coins, but less so on the Buffalo Nickel-the reverse is the hammer die (opposite of most), and collectors pay particular attention to the details on the reverse, such as the hip bone, tail, horn, left front leg, the back of the buffalo, etc. It's always best to show both sides of a coin to get a real sense of a proper grade-no way to tell from the Obverse only.

I would guess just the obverse of the coin is a MS-64.

Assuming there are no surprises on the reverse, I would also go with MS64 even with the two dueling scars to the cheek....

This is like looking at a car you want to buy, but only being able to see one side of it ...
