yes its dinged up a fair bit, and yes its been used :). But I found 2 pretty big die errors which I thought where sweet.

The first S in states has a big pot mark

the obverse has a massive die crack going from the neck through the T and to the rim.

1922 and 1923 have a bunch of cracks on the neck line. It is a stress point of the die. Large breaks that run to the rim and from side to side carry a little premium. But they are neat to look at.

Yeah its a neat coin, didnt think it would have a huge premium though considering its rough shape and probable cleaning. You cant quite see it in my pics but man is it a huge crack lol

Nice find, I love die breaks/cracks. Is there a difference between a break and a crack, does one run to the edge of the coin and the other not ?
Bought this 22 at the last coin show, lots of cracks.
