Depends on which you are looking for?

Morgan Proofs? Ike Proofs? There are many places.

kylecolb, the op meant Canadian proof dollars (this is under the Canadian Coins, Bank Notes, and Paper Money section)

You can order from the mint or walk in to almost any Post Office or any coin dealer. Ordering from the mint will cost you shipping ( aprox $10.00) this is true with some on line dealers as well, so a place you can walk right it to is a bit cheaper.
also the Post Office will discount coins over 2years old.

Oh and lets not forget good old e-bay
