I agree it is hard to tell from the pics-either a high end au coin (58), or if mint state the tick on the Buffalos left leg keeps it a 63

The obverse looks like a very weak strike.

The reverse looks stronger.

It may be MS, but I don't think it would grade that way.

AU58 is my best guess.
