I can't figure out what denomination and/or from what country these coins are from, can anyone please help me?

Thanks to this thread (I had a similar question), I know that the top right coin in set 1 is a Thailand 1 baht 1962-1982.

1st one is Latin American
2nd Thailand
3rd looks Saudi Arabian
4th Israeli
5th Greek
6th looks chinese writing so either china (i don't think it is), Taiwan, perhap Macao. Possibly Japanese too.
7th Israeli
8th Swedish
