This coin its roman.Its provincial.Markianopolis was in Bulgaria.They start made coins there from Trajan regin In my lastreply I type you the legends of the coins
And like on the obverse the legend its ANTWNINOC AVGOUCTOC IOVLIA DOM-NA.
The emperator in the left its Caracalla and on right its his mother Julia Domna.The reverse legend its VP KINTILIANOV MAPKIANOPOLEITWN.And someone there is holding rudder and cornucopiae.

No problem I know the coin looks like copper but its bronze.It looks pretty fine for me and I dont think its fake and for that I sayed its bronze.

Your coin has been overcleaned, probably by an acidic dip or electrolysis, removing all the green colour. Most ancients collectors believe that stripping a coin down to bare metal like this is "bad", since in many cases the best-preserved details only survive in the green layer.
