Your coin has been overcleaned, probably by an acidic dip or electrolysis, removing all the green colour. Most ancients collectors believe that stripping a coin down to bare metal like this is "bad", since in many cases the best-preserved details only survive in the green layer.

On the reverse, the standing female figure is the goddess Tyche, goddess of good luck, fortune, trade and the protector of cities. The large letter "E" to her left is the denomination mark, the Greek numeral "5". The coin is a pentassarion, worth 5 asses.
