Running into the same thing here, checked with 3 dealers today & they were all looking for 36.50-37 / oz still... Grabbed a few Liberty Quarters for 5$ each but thats about it....

The dealer I go to charges 3 percent over spot. So I guess not too bad. I think eagles were $3 each over spot

I went to a dealer this morning. I asked to buy an ASE. He said with silver being $31, he would sell me the 2011 for $35. I told him I wanted a 1986, he said $50. He said that the older dates are all $50. I went to another dealer, She said she'll sell me a 2011 for $35, and she'll sell me any older date for $34. I am now the proud owner of 1986 ASE for $34. =)

Wonder if you could have made money taking advantage of it. Like buy at $34, then sell to other dealer at $40 or so.

Silver back under $30...hopefully it stays in the 20's for awhile so I can pick up some silver dimes and halves over the next few weeks/months.

Yes and the mint hasn't re priced silver yet but has lowered both gold and platinum coins with Platinum lower than gold!

but what if you used the profit from the 6 that you sold, to go and buy a bonus one?

As far as I am concerned, this price pull-back has been terrific. Yes, the silver I own is now worth less than it was last week but so what? I have no interest in selling any of it and would like to buy more. This is an excellent opportunity to add to my growing bullion collection. I have about 212 ozs. so far and have just ordered another 200 ozs. Will repeat in a couple of weeks if prices remain low.

I feel the same. I actually hope it goes a little more down can't believe the Platinum Eagle costs less then the gold! I hope the mint re prices the silver as well not just hold up selling!
