Good morning all. I am a collector by habit and have recently rediscovered collecting circulated decimal coins. Can any Perth people point me in the right direction to buy decimal currency books and sleeves? Thanks in advance.

Hi Horse. Welcome from another Sandgroper. I don't know about sleeves, but 2x2's I import direct from the U.S., much cheaper than buying local, even after paying freight. Steve AKA Trigger What is it with horse type names in Perth? LOL

I have dealt with the dealer in London Court, and it all went smoothly.

Thanks for your help good people. Never thought to have my coins in 2x2's. Steve, do you keep the 2x2's in a folder to view or box?

triggersmob, I have been looking for 2x2 for a long time on the internet. May I ask which site you get them from, or can you link the 2x2's. Thanks

I store them in cut down A4 paper box. Just the right size for 4 rows of coins. They hold about 500 coins. One day I'll get around to covering them and make them look nice. Steve

I have moved away from cardboard 2x2's and now store everything in 2x2 Saflips (or a PCGS slab). Saflips are great because you don't have to buy all the different sizes that you do with cardboard 2x2's. I tried everything from eagle mounts to airtites with rings, adhesive 2x2's to staple one's. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes but this works for me. p.s the size guide in the ebay link is the actual coin size. You want to add a couple of mm for viewing around the coin. ie get the 27.5mm size staple 2x2's for 25mm $1's.

Just got into 2x2's and am a huge fan. Should really try and get them online, but the shop isn't too far away and I like to get them as I need them and not have to wait.
