Posting Photos Via Iphoto From Macbook Pro - Help Please

Vinnie Valued Member United States 79 Posts	Posted 09/23/2011 12:03 am Hi all, I am a recent transplant from an HP laptop to a MacBook Pro. I have tried taking pictures and importing them to iPhoto and then reducing the size to post them here. I have been unable to get them under 100kb so I used the CCF Image Optimizer to do so. This worked fine but saved all the images as a result.jpg. I saved all my resized images into iPhoto and renamed them but cannot post different photos here. Each photo that I post reverts to the first one since they are all originally listed as result.jpg. Is there a way to rename them or do something else to post my other photos? I know that iPhoto isn't the best at resizing so I may have to break down and buy a photo resizing/tweaking program. Could any of our members advise as to how to re-save my pictures or help with what I may be doing wrong please? Thank you for you assistance, Vinnie Report this Post to the Staff

I downloaded and am getting the feel for Gimp, it's another freeware that is capable of alot more than I even understand, but it seems to be working and fixed my issue.
