Wording reads:

Wilhelm II Kaiser (King ruled 1888-1918) of Germany, Franz Joseph I Kaiser (ruled 1848-1916) of Austria and Humbert (or Umberto)I KIng (ruled 1878-1900) of Italy.
The reverse, I assume, shows the national emblems of the three countries and I'd date it at late 1800s.

There's little else to go on but there's probably someone out there who might provide more info.

Seems that the piece refers to the Triple Alliance (Dreibund, 1882) of these three countries, basically a defense treaty. The alliance (details of which were secret, I think) was to be renewed every five years. In 1892 for example several medals were issued that commemorated the 10-yr anniversary and the renewal. That alliance ended when WW1 began.

A medal (bronze though) like yours: http://www.sixbid.com/nav.php?p=vie...465&lot=4571
