Here is another one I am unsure of. I cannot tell if it is damage or d/d. South portion of D looks thicker than north also.

PMD for sure, not doubling.

However the 5 looks doubled...

The inside of the mint mark looks like plating spliting. The plating rolls away from the mint mark and leaves the zinc showing. I've seen this also on the upright bar. Makes it appear as something then it is just part of the plating that has moved.
