Not entirely accurate though I don't think. One thing I picked up was that they failed to take into account recycled silver, which would put the total production Over consumption.

I'm sure they accounted for that, since they talk about total "above ground" silver.

I doubt that there would be a heap of "recycled" silver,
They can't steal any of our Circulation silver anymore because they stopped making them ages ago.
Most of our electronics ect end up as land fill.
There is a lot of silver from refining mined gold,copper ect.
If silver became too expensive there will be a substitution at some stage.
I will be quite happy when the gold silver ratio returns to 30-35 oz per oz gold
