I don't think they are any special anniversary, so I doubt they would have a special label. I think they need to be 10 year or 20 year issued coins to get something special. In fact, I don't know that any slabbed coins in the past had these special labels (there may be some, but I don't remember them).
the 50,000 mintage should make them more valuable over time, but the demand for them will help set the price, since the supply is pretty limted.
Give the TPG company you want to send them to a call and ask them. They would be your best bet.
