I seen this movie with my son (his choice hehe) and they had a coin flip bet with a Silver Dollar. Then the coin is shown again at the end of the movie. I know the pics are not the best because in the movie they make it dang near impossible to tell what the coin is. I dont care what date it is, I just want to know roughly which coin it is. It might be Chinese or Japanese Post WWI, since that is the setting of the movie. I want to say it is a British Trade dollar (which doesn't make much sense), but I cant be sure. Thanks for any help.

The movie is called Legend of the Fist: The return of Chen Zen.

Here is the first shot of the coin at about 53:10

Here is the coin again at the end of the movie at about 1:42:10 or so. This was a tough image to capture.

If you DO decide to buy one be very VERY careful. They are highly counterfeited

Thank you for the reply and the heads up about counterfeits. Will definitely do my research before buying.

Is that a sequel to an early 90s Asian film starring Jet Li?

I preferred "Kung Pow! Enter the Fist" from 2002.
