Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6398 Posts	Posted 09/30/2011 01:19 am I don't see any wear, just a bit of strike weakness on Liberty's hair and breast. There do seem to be a lot of small scuffs and hairline scratches especially in the left obverse field which should limit the grade. These are likely exaggerated in the photos but I'd go with MS-61 based on these images. Another possibility is that PCGS judged the coin to have been cleaned and has put it in a Genuine holder.
