I don't see any wear, just a bit of strike weakness on Liberty's hair and breast. There do seem to be a lot of small scuffs and hairline scratches especially in the left obverse field which should limit the grade. These are likely exaggerated in the photos but I'd go with MS-61 based on these images.

Another possibility is that PCGS judged the coin to have been cleaned and has put it in a Genuine holder.

PS: looks like an 1877-S to me

Hard to tell from the photo if it has much luster. I'll say they gave it an MS62.

I would guess they gave it an AU-58 but can't rule out a genuine holder.

AU-55, for the weakness/wear on the eagles leg and breast, and Liberty's hair.

I think these pics capture the color much better.. and also show hairlines in a different direction. Is that indicitive of circulation hairline marks instead? This appears to be a proof-like coin to me. I'll reveal the grade tomorrow.

Looks cleaned to me, but I'd still take that coin in a second!
