I won this coin in an auction today. In my novice opinion, I was thinking 58%. What broadstrike off-center percentage would you give for this?

Nice but having a date on the coin is much better.

Hope you didn't pay over $2-3 for that.

It is not brosdstruck, just off-center. A broadstruck error is much rarer because the entire design needs to be present but you can have a centered or uncentered broadstrike. Off-center errors are always missing some percentage of design. Dateless OCs typically sell for $2-5 with dated examples being worth a bit more. The most valuable examples have a date and not much else.
