Oh my! You scored what I have been looking for...fractional paltinum! nice!
Did you buy off the for-sale/auction part of the forum? It seems to be all but dead with the new changes. I prefer to buy from forum members but no one seems to be posting.

I bought the fractional platinum at the bullion shop. Today I managed to pick up this sweet 50 oz JM bar and my very first 1 oz silver panda (2008) and finally a 1996 ASE for 35 bucks (he sold me 9 other ASE's for the same price!). Too much fun.

Real nice batch of gold, that always gets my attention and a bit of platinum as well. I have always took interest in those plat kooks, what do ya think of it in hand so to speak? The oh live you learn makes me think it is wise to stick to AGE's, Pamp bars with assay, all items you have there, to avoid any fakes, AND ESP GRADES AS THEY MUST BE REAL, 99% of the time anyway, lol. If you dip your hand enough times into the old tree trunk like Flash Gordon I always say, eventually you will find the poison tree slug , lol....

Silver, I like collecting these 1/10ths platinum (&gold) and when holding these plats they have a nice feel to them - solid. I came back from a coin show today and platinum was selling for much cheaper. I managed to pick up a few silver bullion pieces below. A 50oz JM - 1oz panda - 5oz sealed Engelhard earlier this afternoon after leaving work early. I think I'm going to hold back and see how the market turns out. Maybe load up during Thanksgiving if the timing is right. I noticed your gold collection was also of the 1/10th variety and other sizes as well (rather impressive). Holding these 1/10th platinum coins and gold is kinda cool - has a nice feeling & ring to it. Keep stackin.

Yeah most of my coins are all small, via easier to sell if gold ever hits major highs, say 2500 plus, maybe 5000 one day. My largest is a half oz. American gold eagle proof, and it feels like a real coin, even though I have never removed it from its plastic case, lol. No way I would minus white gloves, risking a print of course....
Oh yeah, you better look real close at that Panda, as that is a common fake design there I see....
