Historically speaking the house probably had an outhouse. With renovation they added 2.5 bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a tub/shower and the half with only a toilet. My question is, how do they know George slept there? You would need a lot of paper work to prove it.
If they threw in a metal detector upon signing. What a great bonus!
