jessvc1--Yes, it was a nice price. They did bill it as a Full Head, though, and it clearly is not. But I didn't complain and I'm still not!

Larry H, having a hard time posting pics on site for some reason. I use Flickr and just not having any luck but will keep trying. With the milk carton, use a plastic 1 gallon container. I cut the bottom out and top so that I have just the four sides like a box. Makes a perfect diffuser to allow light but not create any shadows or bright spots on coin that show light reflection. Then I put lights on either side shining into container. I have camera mounted on a tripod shooting straight down into container and that's it. I move the lights around a little bit to get the best shot and it works in a lot of pics I take. I am really into the glass pics with a piece of glass at 45 degree angle with camera taking picture through glass and light reflected by glass to the coin. Great detail. For proofs and silver stuff, really looks good.

Thanks for the info Amadauss. Did you try the image resizer? Your photos have to be under 100KB.

Amadauss - Thanks for expanding on how to do it. Yesterday I cut the top part off a one gallon container and tried taking the picture of the coin in the bottom of it and that didn't work. Now I will give it a try with your instructions. Appreciate this. Posting pictures here is a bit of a challenge at first but it's easy once you get it figured out. (A lot like everything else in life).

Here are a few with the glass at 45 degrees with the camera taking the pic through the glass and a light source reflecting off the glass and on to the coin.

That's very informative. The cut out plastic milk jug is working out very well for me. It works great for taking pictures of things like rings and watches also.
