I have a 2008 $20 with serial # EUG1011001 is this considered a repeater note? I think it is cool for the binary code of the 1's and 0's. Which happens to be the letter "Y".

Nope, this is not considered a repeater. 1011010 would be though.

It is a true binary note having only two different numbers and as computers go, the binary numbers used are 1's and 0's so I find this combination pretty cool.

1's in the computer binary system have an electric charge and 0's do not.
I wonder what your serial number means in computer language?

It is the letter "Y" in binary.
