can anyone tell me what type of error this is,and maybe a ballpark value?

Are you referring to the raised lines in the center? I think they're probably die polishing marks to remove clash marks. If so, they don't add any extra value.

Are you referring to the parallel lines between the arm and crown? Best guess is Feeder Finger Damage on the die but the picture needs to be larger to be sure.

Given that the lines are parallel and straight, my best guess is that this was caused by the ejection arm (some call it the feeder arm).

Yes, that's feeder arm damage. I found a bunch of these several Presidents ago and posted pics. Feeder Arm damage was the answer for mine and yours look the same as mine did.
