1921 P VAM 3F3 Obverse and Reverse Images

VAM-3F is another Pitted Reverse variety. The pitting is found in the wreath above, and in the space between, the "AR" in "DOLLAR." Multiple die states of theis variety exist, and the reverse is known to be paired with two different obverses. The coin presented here is a late die state of the first obverse, identified by the crack from the second left star through Liberty's neck.
