I really don't try to complete sets, I collect nice eye appealing coins. The only set I am working on is my slabbed 65 walker set. I'm trying to get a war year set 41-47 all in 65. I'm about 1/2 way there. It's not cheap and they are not easy to come by.

I picked up a 1867 2 cent ms64 a while ago, really stunning coin. I need a really nice pic of it.

I have completed the Barber half dollars & dimes, quarters: one short (guess which one).
Mercs, including both overdates.
Washington, pre-states, in unc, but 4 AU's (32 D & S, 36 D, 34 D).
Probably the Walking Libs, I haven't looked in a while.
And a few others.

I have completed or in the process of maintaining the following sets:

Washington quarters: 1932-1964, 1965-1998, and 1999 to current (including proofs and silver proofs from 1968-present).
Standing Liberty quarters: 1916-1930 (with a 16 and a 18/7 S).
Peace dollars: 1921-1935.
Franklin half dollars: 1948-1963.
Roosevelt dimes: 1946 to 1964 (silver only).
Jefferson nickels: 1938 to Present (including Proofs from 1968-Present).
Sacagawea dollars: 2000 to Present including Proofs.
Presidential dollars: 2007 to Present including proofs.
A U.S. Gold Type set: Including all three $1 types and a $3.
A Major U.S. Type Set: (Dansco 7070) Including the New coins since 1968.

My current activity is upgrading some of the above when money is available and I am pondering starting an Indian 2 1/2 gold set.

I have worked on these sets for almost 50 years....some are completed...but never finished1

Hello, I am new and put a long introduction in the Welcome section of this forum. I discussed my interest in coins and what sets I have or am working on, some mishaps that have happened. I didn't feel like re-typing that all here. IF anyone is interested, go see today's post "New member from Louisiana.
