Read something about Elagabalus, the more depravated and vicious among roman emperors and you will guess what stone is that appears in that tetrastyle temple...

Yes, Elagabalus, in his time came exotic "eastern" fads, like the Black Meteoric stone of Emesa, transported to Rome. The temple on the reverse of your coin looks to be showing that Temple with the stone within it.

You are right Masis, that stone appears in several denarius, sestertius and other denominations of Elagabalus
