Hello, could someone tell me if the flaw before the G is doubling? Or some kind of bubble?

to CCF. Looks like a broke gas bubble to me.

If it were doubling, especially that severely offset, you would certainly see it affecting all of the devices around the coin. John1 may have a point there as it looks like there is another significant gas bubble in the field behind Lincoln's head.

I agree with John1 + Or a straight pin might have split the plating. Now there is a zinc pot hole.

When the plating gets split, the zinc underneath rots away leaving a hole blow the split area. They keep deteriorating with time:
