They know there's a lot of demand, which is why I they're trying to be fair so hording doesn't happen and as mamy people that want then can get them, without having to go to secondary market

Those who want more than 10 bills can easily get them by going to different banks. Most banks will have them by next week.

Just got a stack of 10 of the new 2017 $10 banknotes from my TD bank here in Vancouver, adding them to my banknote collection!

It took me five stops at various TD branches to get a total of 50.
Hoping to be able to trade some of the CDA's for the 4th and 5th prefix so that I can have a whole set like the Longest Reign notes of 2015.
The fun part of driving around is discovering a radar or low number that wasn't pulled from the bundle.
Dealers were asking $15 each at the Brantford Coin Show today and getting it!

When I went to my local bank (BMO) to get the 2 bills that I post a picture of, the clerk asked me if I had an account with them. A few days ago, I got 10 more from the same BMO branch. The clerk did not ask me if I had an account, and he said that he would have asked if I was getting more than 300$ worth (30 bills).

I picked up a strap of 100 bills, and the number sequencing, is really off. there is a number missing here and there. lots of number runs, but then missing a bill.no replacement notes that I can detect..

and there is 100 bills in the strap. very weird, because the bills that are missing, have no significance, that I can figure out..

My understanding is the bills are not in order anymore, and there are going to be 40 million if you can't get at face who cares

My bundle of 100 bills were not consecutive from 1-100 either. There were runs of 2, 3, 4, and up to 10. Lot of spaces in between. You can't detect replacement notes since they got rid of the asterisk decades ago; nor do they uses x in prefixes. Replacement notes are determined by a range of serial numbers.
