There is unfortunately no way to tell for certain with that picture. You need to get real close, otherwise I think those pics look pretty good so does the coin.
To be FBL the lines need to be visible and uninterrupted from edge to edge (discounting the bell crack). For PCGS this criteria applies only to the lower set of bell lines. NGC requires both upper and lower be complete and visible.
Yours appears just shy. Check the far right of the lower set of lines and you will see they don't quite reach the edge of the bell. It appears to be a bit of die-fill in this area.
This has become a highly subjective area for graders and you'll see questionable FBL designations on reputable slabs. More so with the 53-S where an FBL brings moon money. My advice is to learn how to determine this yourself and create a personal standard that suits your collecting needs.
