Because these are the single squeeze dies. The DDR will always be in the central areas of the design. None of these will ever be listed. I checked 100 random coins for Machine Doubling on this area of the quarters. 70% showed slight to major Machine Doubling on this area. So don't even look there thinking it is a DDR. They are not found on this area of the dies. (Save your eyes) Move on to the next coins. Look up these DDR's to see where to look for the DDR. (save your eyes) They Won't be there on this design.
