There's a lot of Attributes of the 2006 DDO-004, 4-O-VII FS-101,though it's not identical, it looks like it's stage B I pointed out the bread on the obverse side. I'm not sure if that's a die chip on column #1, and if that's a die crack on column #2 on the reverse.,is what I see, but I'm still learning. Hope these pictures are a little better.
