It;s s a RPM.don't know which one to many ,there also some indication on the letters looks like damage and maybe some DDD not sure about this there seems to be some indications of separation lines on the W and extra thickness on the letters and date class 6 distended hub doubling maybe I will not make a conclusion on this coin wait for other opinions

It's a very well known doubled die obverse and repunched mintmark. Coop has the information above.
