Methinks this is a die gouge of some sort in the mintmark, and probably some die polishing around the mintmark... According to varietyvista, the rpms on nickels ended in 1989, so as far as I know, is not one.

Please be specific with your question. "This thim I have this Nickel isn't mintmark" makes no sense in English.

Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling, on the mint mark.

Die Deterioration Doubling is melting that mint mark in the direction of the radial metal flow.
