Irishraider Pillar of the Community United States 1454 Posts	Posted 07/28/2006 10:30 pm I'll go with AU-50 due to the luster that still looks present. Is a nice looking coin. These are the types of coins I wish they would make today. Nice simple design but still has an artistic appeal to it. The State Quarters are ok but are getting a little predictable. Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 07/29/2006 03:47 am Hi Shatsi This coin may have been a little weakly struck ,,but wear has over taken any lack of detail which may have been from that cause. I agree with Susan EF-40 perhaps 45 Depending on the weight given to the reverse by the TPG. Rick Report this Post to the Staff

I bought it from a Heritage auction, paid a little more than I was planning to but most of the 3 cents I've come across does not have even color like this one, so I relly wanted this one. Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 07/30/2006 1:27 pm Hi Shatsi The few slabs that I have cracked for coins,I used a dremel tool and cut the slab to allow access.
