Difference Between Hepthalite Coins Needed

Both are described as Napki Malka type Hepthalite coins (5th century), but there's a distinctive difference in the design. Maybe one is an earlier issue than the other? Kushanshah Pillar of the Community United States 1554 Posts	Posted 12/27/2020 9:31 pm There are a number of varieties of the Nezak series, all sharing the buffalo crown and the inscription Nezak Shah ("Napki Malka") in Pahlavi, Bactrian or Brahmi. Unfortunately, I sold my copies of Göbl and Vondrovec several months ago, so I can't give you the reference numbers. I will note that nowadays "Hephthalite" is no longer used as a catch-all for Hunnic tribes but refers to a specific ethnic group. The Nezak Shahs may have been indigenous to the region around Kabul and Ghanzi which they ruled after the Alchon moved into India.
