Looks like it could be a replica of an ancient coin or an old coin (1500's-1700's). That's the only conclusion I can come to .Seriously, I have absolutely no idea, sorry.

I would agree. The little trident-shaped thingy on the reverse, to the left of the horse, looks like a Kushan tribal marking or "tamgha"; it appears on many of their coins. However, nothing else on this coin bears more than a superficial resemblance to a typical Kushan copper coin. I think they're trying to imitate a "portrait " coin of the Kushan king known as Soter Megas, or Vima Taka. Look down the bottom half of this Grifterrec page.
