I have a coin that is in pretty bad condition but on one side it says 1799 with a big X and on the other side it has a crown type of thing and says Maria 1. I know it is from Portugal and I think it is a Reis. Thats about all I know. Can someone help me out and possibly tell me if it could be valueable? Thanks alot

Now that I've gone through and deleted this exact same question from half a dozen different threads you tried to hijack, I have time to actually answer your question.

We can't tell you how valuable your coin is unless we see a picture of your actual coin, so we can tell how "faded" it is. Here is the price guide page for this, coin, with prices ranging from $4 to $50, depending on condition. If it's worn, it would be towards the lower end of the range.
