Sorry, that's the only picture I have now - it's much higher resolution but I had to compress it to <100k in order to post it. If you like I can send you the original.

Hi,
It was found in an old cellar near Jerusalem. It is on a approx 1m *80 cm stone. Somebody told me that it looks like byzantine Greek or something of the sort.

An archaeology forum would probably be able to help you out better, but I can tell you it is Greek, judging by the first letter being theta and a delta in the fourth line, and post-Roman period (100 AD, plus or minus a century) judging by the shape of the letters E and S. My amateurish reading, with letters in {brackets} I'm unsure of:
Th{E}RS{IK}A{E}EKAI SU{RFIM}NETE KNONTO{U}KLA {ROUOU}DEIE{...} {NA..}OS{...}
Unfortunately, I can't get enough of a grip on what any of the words might be.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

You have my sympathy, Sap! At least, you have made a valiant attempt!
Never say "never"!
I have a niece who has a phd in archeology, but I'll betcha this text is not in her area of expertise.....
