Can't tell you much about the first one other than it is a folles probably of Justinian. The second coin appears to be a Class B anonymous folles attributed to Romanus III SB#1823. The reverse is upside down in your image.

I am no Byzantine expert by a long shot, but the first coin looks like Justin II. I think I see double figures sitting on the obverse which reminds me of a Justin II coin with Justin on left, Sophia on right, seated facing. The reverse has ANNO to the left of the large M in the center and a regnal year of "X" to the right. So, it could be SB 360 or 361 depending on the mintmark:

Justin II and Sophia, AE Follis. DN IVSTINVS PP AVG, Justin on left holding cross on globe and Sophia on right, holding sceptre topped by cross, both nimbate, seated facing on double-throne / Large M, ANNO to left, cross above, regnal year to right, officina letter below
