Canadian-Banknotes => I purchased that ol' $50 French Bad-Boy at the 2011 Canadian Numismatic Company Fall Auction for a mere $2085 + stuff => but *whateva* => there were only "32,500" printed (I was gonna win that dawg no matter what happened!) ... it's a pretty rare lil' pooch (I like it ........ a lot)

Thanks Canadian-Banknotes => yeah, and even the fact that it has such a nice round serial number = F02800 made it even more alluring to me (it's hot) ... => sure, I make a few bad buys, but I've never looked-back on that one (winna-winna=> chicken-dinner!) Hey, I absolutely love coins, espcially quarters, but "paper-money" is like artwork! (it makes me feel funny) NOTE => my favorite team, The 49ers, are trading blow-for-blow body shots with the NYGs => man, I love NFL Football!

Here are a couple more winners: 1887 $2 (DC-11) => Wow ... now that's cowboy-cash, yes? 1878 $2 (DC-9a) => The Earl of Dufferin sounded like an awesome dude (huge in Manitoba history) ... only "19" notes registered => *oh my* .... this NFL game is stupid close (I gotta go!)

Quote: Ikandiggit. Are the mismatched serial numbers easy to find? I am going to start paying more attention to bills Not as easy as it appears. I look through thousands of notes per week and I'm averaging about 2-3 mismatches per year. I've found more than half of what has been reported. Man, you guys have some fantastic notes! Keep them coming! I'm really enjoying this!

I love this note, I bought it when I was in a coin club in 1968 for $3. It has so much to show off - $2, TRAIN, INDIAN, HORSES, SHIP - What more could you ask for! I sent in for grading and it came back PMG VF20 - highest graded by that company. Other note that I wish I had a picture of is my 1930 $1 lb, Jamaica, Bank of Nova Scotia which is graded by same company in VF25.
