Hey guys day off today so I stopped at the bank. Ifound these 2 coins and I'm not sure on them. What do you think?

2001 50c how does this occur on a coin? The whole word australia and the date is like this.

I don't know out the 01 50c but the 78 20c is a bit different. As the 9 and 8 seems to be worn but the 7 isn't then I would say they may have been weakly struck to begin with.

Yeah I thought it was suss that the number inbetween wasnt worn down. The rim isn't worn any more then normal either.

The 2001 50 cent has fairly significant doubling in the date,does it have doubling on the rest of the legends etc ? it does appear so by the IA you can see in the pic.
The 78 20 cent is weak strike could be caused by grease or similar,not really significant enough to be worth anything IMO.

the word australia and the date are doubled. elizabeth II is perfect and I cant see any doubling on the head.

Interesting that there is no doubling in the effigy but still really obvious doubling in the legends,nice coin that I personally keep.

The doubling on the 2001 50c is caused by Die Deterioration.
