Found this today in one of my folders. Has a few nice die cracks on the reverse. It is a nicer grade as well. I think around VF-gVF. The 7th and 8th pearls are just visible in the right light.

To me the die cracks detract from the price I would pay for it. If it didnt have the cracks I would think around $25 for this would be fair. Do others think the cracks ncrease or decrease its value and what would that be?

While I'd rather have a coin without die cracks, they're not particularly obvious at a glance. For this coin I probably wouldn't let it worry me.

really nice condition for this 1924 one penny. I found 20 pieces half penny last week and gave my mate 12 pieces as a birthday gift, all looks like this chocolate condition

imo I think it will add to the value of average coins, but detract from the better grade coins

I had missed the cracks on the obverse. You guys have good eyes. Seems like the dies were completely screwed!

The last A in AUSTRALIA is filled in the top & the 4 is partially filled as well,i think error & variety collectors would be fairly keen on such a coin, multiple error coin.
Also is there a blob on the 2nd N last leg in the word PENNY ?
I'd be happy to have it in my collection.
