Still waiting for mine from Gatewest. Apparently, if you ordered the coin with the 7-coin case, Gatewest is waiting for the cases to arrive before shipping.

ordered mine beginning of April and RCM said there was a backorder on cases. Mine finally arrived today so I'm thinking the cases are in and people should be getting theirs soon. |

The case is a dreadful creation. They should have created something more square with less wasted area.
I can't see myself displaying the collection in that monstrosity.

Has anyone ordered the coin and the case from Gatewest coins and received it yet?
Its been two months and I still have not got it yet.
I ordered other stuff with the order and they seem to holding them back too.

Funny,I was thinking the same thing about my order today. I emailed Gatewest a few weeks ago, they said still waiting for the cases.

From what I understand the cases had defects and were rejected by the mint, so we wait.

I keep hearing terrible reviews about the case...making me think I shouldn't have gone for the subscription....

The case isn't that bad. It's just large. It displays alright if you have the room for it. I was one of the lucky ones who ordered the subscription from the mint on day 1 of general release and got it in the mail 2 days later. Just goes to show it's completely random who gets what, when. Like everyone else I'm still waiting for other stuff from months ago, but the first Group of Seven coin is my favourite coin/set from the last year or 2, and I like displaying it.
