Saint Ninian Valued Member Canada 95 Posts	Posted 05/09/2012 01:12 am Hi, Falcon--I can't help you at all, but I do share your frustration re lack of distribution of 2012 coins.We live in a small town in BC's Interior, and apparently we have to wait until the coins find their own weary way from the Mint.All the banks get their coins from their own central distribution centres.It appears that these centres just wrap the coins from circulation. SPP-Ottawa Moderator Canada 10460 Posts	Posted 05/12/2012 11:28 pm Good question falcon, almost every other new technology introduced in the Canadian minting process, was accompanied by a test token set of some kind. I am surprised that the RCM did not take advantage of that for the new $1 and $2 coins.
