You all did quite well. But, I don't understand why this didn't get a PL designation? Is a PL designation something that you pay extra for? Like varieties or errors. IMO this is also PL.

No, you don't have to pay extra for PL or DMPL

There is roughly a $75 difference retail with a PL designation. Not sure if that would be worth the chance with a re submission. The guidelines for PL and DMPL have gotten tougher it seems.
