Sometimes it appears there are more TPGS's than coins. Yes this is one of the many. If you want, go to Google and type in Third Party Coin Grading Services or similar. You would find there are many, many of them. Almost always though people think of PCGS or NGC. Those are sort of like the most commonly used ones so are really popular.

As far as the slab goes, I have never seen one with a label like that so I can't really comment on its authenticity
