Looks like die chips to me. More pictures would sure help.

there are three blobs in total cant get any better pics realy camera not that good sorry

you think anyone will buy it collectors etc ? it is rare to see one with so many errors

I'm no pro but unless it's a rare low mint date I don't think you will get very much for it. I have sold several US cents on ebay with die chips for a couple dollars. Maybe someone else with more knowledge will chime in soon.
I know it's a penny coin but from where? Check your catagory and date you have it listed under on ebay and type in 'die chips'. That should give you a pretty good idea of what you can expect for it.

It's actually pretty common with this issue, might be worth a few quid at best.
