That's an unusual find, FsdWarp10!
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Brilliant find, Hondo Boguss!

Sweet find, n9jig!

I found two Mercury dimes in the reject bin with a silver Roosevelt dime four years ago! I got scared cos the machine is across from the customer service desk. I do not frequent this store.

I did this because of you guys. :) Just to see if it is true.on my first try, I scored! But I wimped cos of the glares from the desk.

I felt the same way at first, most CoinStars around here are next to or close to the Service Desk. My wife doesn't like it when I check but she has resigned herself to me doing so.

I have found that a couple of the stores here run their excess change thru the machine, I imagine they have some sort of account with CoinStar to do so.

It's been a long dry spell but this is today's find. Some spending change and a Canadian dime that will go
into the Canadian change found bag.

Pulled this from one machine the other day. Passed by and saw the reject tray loaded started to grab handful after handful. Machine seems to be malfuntioning. Just under $90 in change. Now I decide to give this machine a little more of my time. I'm a bit curious now so I put some coins to see what is going on. Well just as fast as they go in they come right back out with some coins being counted but not many. checked this machine today and got another pile of coins didn't count them yet will advise tomorrow.

Continuing from yesterday another trip to that same machine produced about $50. Not one silver in either group (I'm not complaing just a bit odd I thought). I'll keep this machine on my radar for a while.
